If you want to partner with us, please submit your commercial offer . We will review it and respond within 14 days.

I submitted my commercial offer but haven't received any feedback yet

It takes up to 14 days to review an offer. Please wait this period unless more time has passed. If so, contact us through , specifying the date you sent your commercial offer and your email address. We will respond within 1-3 days.

How to log in without an account

To access the DNS Group B2B ecommerce platform, you first have to be an approved partner. Once your commercial offer is approved (usually within 14 days), we'll send you an invitation email to set up your account. Follow the instructions in received email to complete registration.

I am getting an "Account doesn’t exist" error when I try to log in

Please check your email address. If it is correct but access is denied, contact support via with:

  • Your company name and login email
  • Error screenshot

We’ll respond within 1-3 days.

Didn’t get confirmation code or reset email

Check your spam folder first. If the email is missing, ask your IT department to whitelist our corporate DNS Group emails to make sure you get all messages.
