What types of suppliers do you work with?

Do you have a program for new suppliers? How can I participate?
After registering on the site, you gain access to the tenders section: you can view completed as well as active tenders and participate in them by responding to procurement needs. You can also start by submitting your company information and sending your commercial proposal in a format convenient for you. Our procurement department regularly reviews all proposals. We contact promising candidates to arrange a supply agreement.
Is signing an official supply contract mandatory?
Yes, an official contract is the foundation of a reliable partnership. It protects both parties by clearly defining product specifications, delivery terms, quality standards, payment terms, and liability. We view the contract as a tool for building long-term business.
Do you assist with delivery arrangements? What logistics methods and Incoterms do you typically use?
Absolutely. Depending on the product and origin, we utilize sea, air, rail, and road transport. We are flexible and primarily consider the terms you propose (EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP, FOB)
Who bears the risks and costs of delivery to your warehouse?
Risks and costs are clearly defined by the International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) chosen for each shipment. For example, in the case of FCA/EXW, after the goods are handed over to the appointed carrier in your city, we assume responsibility and costs for the main transport, insurance, and customs clearance.
How is customs clearance handled? Do you manage it?
We handle full customs clearance. Our certification specialists manage all documentation, classification, duty calculation, and interaction with authorities. Your responsibility is limited to providing accurate commercial documents (invoice, packing list, certificates). We ensure fast and seamless clearance.
In which currencies are payments possible?
For the convenience of international settlements, we make payments in USD, RUB, CNY, EUR, INR, AED. The payment currency is agreed upon in the contract.
